So, you’re thinking about a boudoir photoshoot?

First off—YES. You absolutely deserve this. Whether you’re doing it for yourself or gifting it to someone special, a boudoir session is all about celebrating you—your beauty, your story, your body, your confidence.

Posing + Confidence

Never done this before? Don’t worry I got you. I’ll guide you through posing that flatters YOUR body and shows off your best angles. If you have inspo photos or poses you love, send them my way ahead of time. I’ll also send you a short questionnaire to prep for the shoot so I can tailor everything to you. This is YOUR session, and no two sessions are the same—just like no two bodies are the same. You're not here to fit a mold. You're here to shine in your own way.

How Long It Takes

Your session will last about an hour. That’s the sweet spot! You’ll have time for up to 2 outfits, but trust me—less is more when it comes to keeping it relaxed and focused. This isn’t a rushed shoot it’s about feeling good, looking fire, and having fun.

“How Should I Prep Before the Shoot?”

  • Hydrate. Glowy skin starts with water. Bonus: it helps with confidence too.
  • Light exfoliation the night before—nothing crazy, just a gentle scrub and moisturize.
  • Avoid tight clothing before your session (like jeans or bras) to skip the unwanted red lines on your skin.
  • Bring your fave lipstick, comfy robe, extra lingerie options, and some killer heels if you’ve got them.
  • Show up clean + fresh-faced. Hair and makeup should be done (unless you’ve got someone glamming you up beforehand).
  • STRETCH. Yes, seriously. We’re gonna be arching backs, leaning forward, bending down, reaching out—and basically moving like the goddess you are. A few stretches beforehand (neck, shoulders, back, and hips) will make the poses feel smoother and more natural.
Think of it like a confidence warm-up. Yoga pants optional.

What to Wear (and What’s Available)

There’s a client closet with lingerie, robes, and a few props to add variety, but feel free to bring your own favorite pieces too. Pro tip: form-fitting, strappy lingerie works best for poses (think bodysuits, lace sets, or a cute bralette). Baby dolls are cute but can make posing trickier. Also: bring that oversized tee, a bold lip color or two, and heels that make you feel like that girl.

"This is for the moms, the hustlers, the introverts, the newly single, and the forever self-loving. Boudoir doesn’t have a 'look'—it’s a feeling."

The Vibe & Timing

My studio is designed specifically for boudoir. It’s got a dreamy setup with a comfy bed, three types of posing chairs, and soft natural light that rolls in like a glow-up filter IRL. The best time to shoot is in the morning or early afternoon about 3 hours before sunset to soak in all that natural light. But don’t stress about timing I’ll help lock down the best time when we book your shoot. If it’s cloudy, I got you. I’ll use a bit of flash to keep things looking clean and glowy.

“Can I Bring a Friend?”

Some people feel better bringing a trusted friend or sister along. You could say:

"If you’d feel more comfortable bringing a friend to hype you up during the session, you're welcome to but I promise by the end of it, you’ll be hyping your own self up in the mirror."

Music + Mood

I’ll bring a Bluetooth speaker—cue the hype playlist. Whether it’s Beyoncé, Bad Bunny, or chill acoustic, we’ll play whatever helps you feel confident and in the zone.

"If you’re nervous, that means you care. And I’m here for that. I’ll guide you the entire way, and I guarantee within 10 minutes, we’ll be laughing and vibing like we’ve been besties forever."

Editing + Retouching

All final images are retouched with care. I smooth out blemishes and adjust lighting, but I keep the editing light and natural. If you prefer minimal retouching (or want to keep freckles, scars, or skin texture untouched), just let me know. The goal is for you to still feel like you—just the most radiant, confident version of yourself. After your session, I’ll carefully select the best images and retouch them with love. You’ll receive a private online gallery

Final Thoughts

This is a celebration of you. These photos are meant to make you feel powerful, beautiful, and proud of your body. You don’t need to be a model. You just need to show up, trust the process, and let me do the rest. 💋
